SEEKING: Customer Service Representative- Insurance

Carleton- Fundy Mutual has been providing comprehensive home and auto insurance solutions to our clients for over 80 years. With offices in Rothesay, Saint John, Florenceville and Sussex, our staff take pride in looking out for our customer.

We have an opening for a detail oriented, organized, reliable and professional Customer Service Representative at our Sussex location.

Position Details:

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, our Customer Service Representatives provide best in class customer service to all our clients, both in person or over the phone. As well, this role provides administrative support for our in house sales force.

Carleton- Fundy Mutual offers a comprehensive remuneration package that consists of salary, health & dental benefits, matching RPP contributions and paid vacation for this full time, Monday to Friday role.

What we are looking for:

• A customer service professional with a minimum 3 years experience in providing service to clients in an office setting
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Broker 3 license
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Experience with The Agency Manager, Applied Rating and/or Power Broker would be a considered an asset
• Competency on Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel would also be considered an asset
